Ewon Cosy 131 can pass through the Talk2me checker but not able to pass the VPN Wizard.

I have an Ewon on-site that can pass the Talk2me checker but not VPN setting wizard on the web page. I'm sure we are testing the same network by comparing the Wan port IP address during two testing. Is there anything else we can check on this?
Another thing I noticed is when I click open browser it directs me to 169.254.255.254 while the LAN IP is 10.20.70.27. If I manually punch in 10.20.70.27 it would not show the ewon web page.

First things first, you need to update the firmware on the Cosy+: How to update the firmware of an Ewon Cosy+ ?
Second, the reason it's pulling up the 169 address is because your network adapter is set to DHCP. If you want ot reach the device on it's LAN address, you need to put your network adapter on the same subnet.
