serial communication proble on Anybus ABC3090-A

Hello,

we are connecting ourAnybus module ABC3090-A to a HMI rockwell panel via serial port (com 1) and we are using Datashare software , but on the HMS web interface we see that there is no communication between the HMI and de Anybus module , could you please helps us

  After troubleshooting with achraf in a ticket, we determined the issue came from the wiring for the serial connection, with Rx and Tx wires swapped. After changing this, communication worked as it should.

  Hi achraf, 

  This could be due to a number of different issues (incorrect serial settings like baud rate, incorrect wiring, wrong commands, etc.). I would advise opening up a support ticket and including the Support Package, so we can check the configuration and logs. Please make sure to take a serial log first to see if you are getting any traffic. Also include information about the serial protocol you are using. Keep in mind that the ABC does not support DF1.
