ABC3090 - FATAL ERROR - PROFINET to MODBUS/RTU

Hi Everyone,

my customer have problem with ABC3090 it suddenly have fatal error

it already 3x at the last week, after reboot from power it is going back normal. gateway works for 24h/7d for almost 3 months. 

last time i suggest them to update firmware, but i just realize they already have the latest version [firmware 1.08.01] and they just master reset it, after that works fine

today i check at site, for temperature around 30 Celsius, and power is normal around 24vdc

i download support package and when i see fatal error log it has something like this

is that normal or we must do something to make sure Fatal error not appear again?

*sorry, i can't found any place to insert the support package  file

  Hi Joned,

  It appears that this issue was also addressed in a ticket, it seems possible that the issue might be related to SNMP on Profinet.

  Could you let us know if applying the firmware update (ABC_PIR_SERM_7741_1_09_02_HmsOtgw.hiff) has resolved the problem?
