Ewon Cosy 131 factory reset
Hello, I have an Ewon Cosy 131 Sn 1809-0410-22 device that my colleagues in Italy can no longer access. I would like you to delete it so that I can reconfigure it again.

Hi,
If you are unable to log into the Ecatcher account it is registered to, you will need to request an unlock of the device. Normally you are able to delete it from Ecatcher yourself and reconfigure it once you've done a Level 2 reset.
