Confusion about Oct 8th changes
I manage several customer accounts with Ewons. I have received multiple emails from HMS about the VPN IP changes. Unfortunately, this is of little help, as it does not say at all what to do with that information. Does anyone know what will need to be done with the VPN IP changes to remain able to connect?

It will depend on how the customer whitelisted the Talk2m servers in their firewall. Take a look at this article and let me know if you still have questions:
