Flexy 3101 pla-DHCP Start Error (unable to start interface)

We have an EWON Flexy 3101 connected at a customer site with a LAN IP of 10.0.0.53 and Subnet of 255.255.255.0.  The customer has a WAN IP address range of 10.10.140.XXX Subnet 255.255.255.0 and a Gateway 10.10.191.1.  The customer connected to the EWON through the web browser and is getting the following events in the event log: 

Could these events be caused by the overlap of the LAN and WAN addresses, or could it be something else.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The WAN and LAN subnets do not overlap, but your gateway is not in the same subnet as the Flexy.
