ABCC EtherCAT module LEDs solid RED

Hi! After trying to upgrade the FW on an EtherCAT module, the RUN and ERR LEDs are solid red, despite waiting, power cycling, connecting/disconnecting. Also, HMS Firmware Manager II can no longer find the module.
Here is how I programmed the module:
I established an Ethernet connection using TwinCAT 3, and then used FTP to copy
ABCC_40_ECT_7305_2_27_01.hiff into the 'firmware' folder on the module.
Can you please recommend a recovery process to get the module running again?

  Hello Gary,

  sorry for the late reply, your request slipped through somehow.

  Something must have gone wrong with the FW download, since both RUN and ERR LEDs lighting up in red means a FATAL error.

  Do you happen to have access to an ABCC Starterkit with which you can download a firmware file via USB using the Firmware Manager II?

  If not, I recommend opening a ticket and let us initiate an RMA process.
