WAN DHCP connection fail while use subnet 255.255.224.0

Hi;

I had the problem with eWON COSY131.

I set the device IP : 192.168.20.5 / 255.255.224.0 and connect via DHCP IP address

But I cannot get the access of WAN connection

Could you please help us?

  I already ensure that the internet connection is working with my laptop

  Your LAN and WAN networks are overlapping, giving you an IP address conflict. The LAN and WAN networks cannot overlap because the Ewon is a router.
