Cosy+ Ethernet - Cannot ping WAN address - VPN tunnel is working
I am having an issue with communicating to a Cosy+ WAN port. The Cosy+ can see the internet and the VPN tunnel is working but when I attempt to ping or open the browser through the WAN port IP address I get no response.
My IT department believes it is a firewall issue on the Cosy+ side. They indicated it could be with the ICMP traffic being allowed. I have not been able to locate anything with the ICMP settings.
Ultimately, I want to use the NAT 1:1 to communicate plant network to the PLC.

Hi Ken,
This is the default behavior of the Cosy+. You will need to change the WANitProt setting in the comcfg.txt file (Setup > System > Storage > Edit COM cfg).
Set to 2 to allow all traffic on the WAN.
