    Hi Pavel,

The first thing I would check are the points in the troubleshooting article: Unable to Ping or Connect to LAN Device

Also, run the 'route print -4' command in the command prompt to make sure there aren't any overlapping routes. For example, our corporate VPN overlaps with some of the Talk2M subnets, so I have to disconnect from it sometimes to use eCatcher.

    Best Regards,

    Kyle

    Hi Kyle,

I have gone through the troubleshooting article checking all points but none of them helped.

Excuse me for my lack of knowledge but how do I see if there are any overlapping routes? Also, it is important to note that I am not using any other VPN while trying to connect to the Ewon.

    Thanks,

    Pavel.

    Hi Pavel,

Could you please try the following ->

    • Edit the parameters of your TAP adapter

    • Disable all Protocols except "Internet Protocol Version 4" and validate

    • Restart PC and try again.

    Hi Prajnay,

Good idea, I went through trial and error and found that ''S7-PLCSIM Advanced Virtual Switch'' was giving the issue, I turned it off and now it seems to work.

Lets hope it stays this way

    Thanks for the tip.
