Unable to connect
Unable to see my device on the App AC Cloud. After adding my device with bar code scan and confirmed the app goes into “looking for your product” page and remains there forever! The status led goes from OFF to blinking red The device is almost attached to the router, very close During the initial configuration I’m not able to find the device on the WIFI therefore I use the Bluetooth option.
Sometimes, the App allows me to add the device but I cannot use it because it shows a red ! and says “Unknown error”
Some other times, the App showe a message saying “IH1-New device Error in communication of IACCC device with the AC Unit”
Can you please support me to clarify the issue? Thanks

It sounds like there may be some incompatibility between the device and you're WiFi network. I would recommend that you create a support case and include the devices serial number or MAC ID so that we can look at it closer.

In the meantime, here some images of the errors, I named the device "Clima PT"
