ModBus to Samsung NASA protocol register not updating
Hi, I have two intesis INMBSSAM064O000 modbus to samsung nasa gateways connected to two outdoor units. First one has 8 indoor units, the second one has 25 indoor units and I have a modbus software writing to the intesis via modbus tcp.
What happens, randomly, is that I write "off" to the state register on the modbus side and it is "off" in both intesis maps and on modbus, but the unit remains on (and the samsung nasa side in intesis maps shows on, see the screenshot below). This happens randomly and it is a problem, sometimes it stays on for a whole day although we keep sending off every 10 minutes or so. I also see some errors in intesis maps, also shown in the screenshot.
Any idea what could cause this and what to check at the connections between intesis and outdoor units or between outdoor units and indoor units ?
Thank you.
