EWON Cosy + 4G NA
Hi,
Our unit went offline after shipping it to the site. I recharged the subscription (AT & T) and it shows active but the unit itself not online in the Ecatcher.
I was able to log into the Ewon portal using the IP address from a local LAN connected Laptop. I did run the Wizard setup and it failed on Internet connection.
Please Assist.

Was there any specific error message when the wizard failed? What about in the event logs (Diagnostic -> Logs -> Event Logs)?
I see you have a ticket open through the support portal - can you attach a support backup there (Diagnostic -> Support Files) so we can take a look at the logs and configuration for your device?
Is the antenna definitely securely connected to the device?
What carrier are you using? Do they have service in the area where the device is installed?
