Evidence showing SMS has been sent

Hi everyone,

Has anyone come accross with the unsuccessfully SMS relay? According to the log in ecatcher, an SMS was sent to two mobile numbers, but neither of the two engineers recieved it. Is it possible the SMS was registered in eCatcher as sent but actually not successful? Is there any evidence showing SMS indeed sent?

  Are you using the Talk2M Email-to-SMS relay service or the SMTP Relay (Email & Text Messages (SMS) through the Talk2M SMTP Relay)?

  It's important to understand that there is a difference between the two. The SMTP Relay is a free relay for sending emails only. The email-to-SMS relay service is not free because we are charged by our relay provider for the service. 

  If you have the Free version of Talk2M, you will get the first €15 worth of messages for free, but then you have to add credit to continue to use it (see linked article for details).

  Thanks Kyle, i have been using talk2m relay with the following command:

  SENDMAIL "0044xxxxxxxxxx@sms.talk2m.com,0044xxxxxxxxxx@sms.talk2m.com","",B$,"Gas Pressure Alarm"

  I top up on a regular basis to make sure there is enough credit.

  It worked the day before and the following day as well. What is the chance that ecatcher log saying SMS sent but it is actually not sent? Is there any record from relay provider showing the SMS degfinitely sent?

  Hi jiayuan0727, 

  You will have to open a Support Case and give us the Talk2M account name or phone numbers so we can check with the SMS provider.
