Cant connect to Anybus AB7049-C and AB7015-C

Hello, i'm trying to upload data from Anybus AB7049-C and AB7015-C for configurating new Anybus AB3000. The problem is, when i want to connect to the old module the ACM says "No module was found".
I'm using ACM version 4.5.1.0 on windows 10 and usb to serial cable to connect to the old module.

  Hello,

  judging from the information provided, my best guess is that your USB-RS232 adapter might not follow the RS232 specs.  It should operate in the two domain (-15) -- (-3) V and (+15) -- (+3) V.  There are some on the market that have output levels between 0 -- (+5) V which won't do for the Anybus Communicator.

  Furthermore, did you check your communication cable with a multimeter, maybe that is fault?
