    Hi Mark, 

    It appears that there is SSL/TLS inspection on the network, which breaks the chain of trust (certificates) between the endpoint (your PC) and our servers (T2M). In order to fix this, your IT department would have to allow you to bypass this certificate exchange interception. Please refer them to:

    Quick question from my IT guy on the issue of whitelisting in my Firewall so I can use Ecatcher:

    I need to know what the VPN address is, they suggest whitelisting 100 different addresses, can you ask which one you will actually be using?
