Cosy+ failed send FTP file
I am configuring a PLC to transmit a file to an FTP server at regular intervals of a few minutes. When I connect the PLC using the Cosy+ device, it establishes a connection with the FTP server. However, the file transfer does not complete successfully – the file is not received on the server. In contrast, when I use the same configuration but replace the Cosy+ with a Cosy 131 device, the connection to the FTP server works as expected, and the file is successfully received. This leads me to believe there might be some specific settings or adjustments required for the Cosy+ device. Are there any known differences in settings or configuration steps between the Cosy+ and Cosy 131 that could account for this discrepancy?

Hi Fahri,
There shouldn't be any difference in the way FTP traffic is allowed. What network is the FTP server on? Is it on the LAN or on an external network?
Maybe you don't have LAN to WAN traffic enabled. See: How to allow Internet access for Ewon LAN devices ?

Hello Kyle,
the FTP server that I'm using is on an external network, on the AWS server to be exact.
we have been using cosy131 with AWS server for a couple years, and recently we changed to cosy+.
I did settings the cosy131 and cosy+ in the same configuration, so yes I enabled the LAN to WAN traffic.0
