Is there network LAN adapter set statically in the same subnet as their eWON's LAN IP?
Also, can you see the device in the ebuddy software?

As far as I know, there is a PLC connected to the LAN port. I have asked
them to unplug all devices on LAN and we will try again. Yes it does show
    up on eBuddy.

Do you know if their PCs LAN adapter is set in the same subnet as their eWON LAN IP?
    Can they ping the PLC?

I remotely connected to eWON and my laptop is at a different ip then the eWON Lan and cannot ping. I do know they can ping ip of Plc when physically connected but not remotely.

Would you be able to private message me a login to the device with the PLC IP?
I'd like to take a look.

I'll have to talk to customer to give you login credentials.

One thing I just noticed, when I helped them originally set it up, we used
ebuddy to change local IP to 192.168.10.1. They wanted to change IP after
they moved it to remote site and changed it via LAN settings on the ewons
local intranet page. But it didn't seem to take. But, last time I logged
on, I noticed the IP showing on ecatcher was now 192.168.10.1 but the
    ewon's intranet page said 192.168.174.253.
After another attempt to update it and remotely resetting it, it finally
appears to have changed. It seems like it got stuck somewhere between IP
addresses, but I finally got it to accept the right IP and it will now ping.

My question is, what is the best method to change local IP of device:
eBuddy? Why does changing it on the ewons intranet page not always work?

Page address is 192.168.10.1, but IP address on LAN is 192.168.174.253

You can use eBuddy or the interface to change the LAN IP of the eWON. It does require a reboot if you do change it through the interface. If you are connecting remotely through eCatcher, you will only be able to change the LAN IP through the interface.

Sometimes users will try to change the IP via the modify LAN subnet button in the eCatcher software which will not work (it only points to a location). This can result in what you are seeing now where eCatcher and the eWON LAN do not match.

Thanks! I think I'm good for now. He did tell me he tried changing it both places. I will instruct him that if he does use eWON intranet page to issue a reboot.

    Thanks!
