SYMPTOM
The KNX application may fail to download during initial gateway programming, especially in large installations.
SOLUTION
Isolate the gateway from the KNX bus for the initial download. Set up a basic installation with the KNX power supply, PC Interface, and gateway.
Note: The first download can take up to 45 minutes.
