The customer wanted to connect remotely and read data from Ethernet Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU. When he set up the TCP port to 503 in Global setting property for the transparent gateway feature Ethernet Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU for remote access, then restarted EWON, it could not get remote access.

In order to take into account port 503 as Modbus-TCP Port in Global Setting, we have to set it in Modbus IO-Server Advanced settings like this:
