Ewon : Cosy+
ISSUE
Case 1: You power up the Ewon Cosy+ and the Ewon Cosy+ does not boot. Ewon Cosy+ USR LED never slowly blinks GREEN but instead you see the USR LED end in steady RED
Case 2 : The device seems to constantly reboot when I look at the Ethernet switch activity LEDs (they all flash together every minute). See video attached.
POSSIBLE CAUSES / ANSWER
The Cosy+ firmware image might be corrupted or there is an hardware issue with your device.
If you face Case 1 :
Please return your device by using our RMA portal.
If you face Case 2 :
We recommend to do is to reinstall the firmware image on your device using an SD card or a USB stick by following this procedure : How to update the firmware of my Cosy+
If you have problems to execute the firmware flashing procedure, please let us know by opening a support ticket on our support ticketing platform.
If you are sure you doing the procedure properly and it does not work, please return your device by using our RMA portal.
