Is there a free trial of the Talk2m pro plan?

Response:

Yes! Here’s how to get a free 3-month trial of Talk2m pro:

Download the latest version of Ecatcher if not already installed
Go straight to Ecatcher
Hit the “Request Talk2m pro” button and follow the upgrade process
Restart Ecatcher and enjoy all the benefits of Talk

During this period, your Talk2m pro plan will cost you nothing*.

After 3 months, you are automatically downgraded to a Talk2m free subscription if you do not confirm the upgrade. As a reminder, you must have registered an Ewon device in Ecatcher within the previous 12 months to continue using Talk2m free. Otherwise, your account will be suspended.

*You can only benefit from the 3-month free trial once. If you've already taken advantage of this benefit in the past, you'll go straight to the paid version.

Question 5:

Is the Talk2m pro plan limited in time like the Talk2m free plan?

Response:

The basic duration of a Talk2m pro subscription is 12 months.
If you wish, you can opt directly for a multi-year subscription.

In any case, there's no time limit on Talk2m pro use. This plan is designed to stay with you for a long time.

I’m a new customer, can I get Talk2m pro from the start?

What kind of technical support is available for Talk2m pro users

Response:

The technical support we provide is identical for all Talk2m plans.

But the Talk2m pro plan allows you to benefit from a global Service Level Agreement (SLA). This represents an interesting added value.

What is the process to upgrade from Talk2m free to Talk2m pro?

Response:

To take out a Talk2m pro subscription, go straight to Ecatcher. You'll then be able to activate your 3-month free trial. During this period, your Talk2m pro plan will cost you nothing.

Important: You can only benefit from the 3-month free trial once. If you've already taken advantage of this benefit in the past, you'll go straight to the paid version.

Question 9:

What happens if I hit the limits of the Talk2m pro plan?

Response:

Compared with Talk2m free and Talk2m light, the advantage of Talk2m pro is that this plan allows you to exceed the quotas included.

Once this initial limit has been reached, you can buy more. This allows you to add more simultaneous connections, VPN traffic and datamailbox datapoints. This surplus will be simply deducted from your credit.

Can I adapt Talk2m pro's features to my specific needs?

Response:

Yes, of course. In fact, it's one of Talk2m pro's strong points.

With 20+GB VPN traffic/month and 10+ million datapoints uploaded to datamailbox, this plan makes it easy to use all your Ewon devices.

But if you need to, you can also add additional concurrent connections, VPN traffic and datamailbox upload. This surplus will be deducted from your credit.

Is the level of security and data protection different between Talk2m free, light and pro?

Response:

Data security and protection are a major concern for us. That's why we guarantee the same level of security for all Talk2m plans.

What sets Talk2m light and Talk2m pro apart is the comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) included in both plans. This represents an interesting added value.

Question 12:

Is there any impact of Talk2m pro on the performance of my devices?

Response:

Subscribing to Talk2m pro has no impact on the performance of your devices.

What's more, a global Service Level Agreement (SLA) is included in the Talk2m pro plan. It's an additional guarantee of optimal device performance.
