What are the limits of the Talk2m light plan? |

Talk2m light is our intermediate plan. It lets you register an unlimited number of devices and users, and allows 2 VPN connection at a time. With regards to traffic limits, it allows max. 5GB VPN traffic/month and max. 7 million datapoints/month. Once this limit is exceeded, the account is capped until the end of the month. Do you need more? Our Talk2m pro ultimate plan will meet all your requirements. |

What happens if I hit the limits of the Talk2m free plan? |

It is not possible to exceed the limits imposed in the Talk2m free plan. This allows a VPN traffic usage of 3 GB per month and an upload of 5 million datapoints per month to the Talk2m datamailbox. Once these limits have been reached, the account is capped until the end of the current month. This means that the following actions are no longer possible:
An email and Ecatcher banner notification is sent to all Talk2m account administrators when the account reaches 80% and 100% of the limit (VPN usage or datamailbox usage). If you’re approaching this limit, or even reaching it regularly, it's probably a good idea to opt for Talk2m light or Talk2m pro. With Talk2m pro, not only will you have more leeway when it comes to data transfers, but you'll also benefit from a strong Service Level Agreement and key features such as more concurrent connections, advanced access control, fine-grained security, offline notifications and unlimited web portal (M2web), and Ecatcher mobile sessions.
