This article covers the possible reasons why the OCPP Scan function of the Intesis MAPS configuration tool might not detect an OCPP charge point.

ISSUE
The OCPP Scan function in Intesis MAPS is not detecting any charge point.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
There is a variety of reasons that could be causing this. Please check the following:
- All connectors are correctly plugged.
- The charge points are powered and turned on.
- The charge points are correctly configured with the host URL correctly defined.
- The host URL must follow this format: ws://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/chargerID, where:
- "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" is the gateway's IP address as defined on the Intesis MAPS General Configuration Tab. To be able to set an IP address for the gateway, the Enable DHCP checkbox must be unchecked.
- "yyyy" is the TCP port address as defined on the OCPP Configuration Tab. The default port address is 9000.
- "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" is the gateway's IP address as defined on the Intesis MAPS General Configuration Tab. To be able to set an IP address for the gateway, the Enable DHCP checkbox must be unchecked.
- The host URL must follow this format: ws://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yyyy/chargerID, where:
