This article will tell you how you perform a factory reset on our ACC / WMP Devices.
APPLICABLE PRODUCTS (Mandatory)
All AC Cloud Control (ACC) and Home Automation (WMP) Interfaces for Air Conditioner Units.
PRE-REQUISITES
Physical access to the device.
IN THIS ARTICLE
This reset will erase all the configuration.
- Unplug the AC Cloud Control / WMP device from the power source.
- Press and hold the button of the unit while plugging back the AC Cloud Control / WMP device to the power source.
- Release the button.
- After releasing the button (approx. 2 or 3 seconds) the AC Cloud Control / WMP device´s LED will turn solid green.
- Factory reset is finished.
