I remotely connected to eWON and my laptop is at a different ip then the eWON Lan and cannot ping. I do know they can ping ip of Plc when physically connected but not remotely.

As far as I know, there is a PLC connected to the LAN port. I have asked them to unplug all devices on LAN and we will try again. Yes it does show up on eBuddy.
