@maxjerome873 You can actually use any SMTP server your would like including your Intranet server as long as the eWON can reach it and it supports basic authentication.

@maxjerome873 What kind of email server is this? The eWON is unable to authenticate against it. uact-SMTP Server returned an error (SMTP Rep:5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type\B6

@maxjerome873 Does it use plain smtp or IMAP? If it uses plain SMTP we should be able to make it work.

@maxjerome873 That is correct. As long as the server is reachable via the LAN or WAN you shouldn't need to alter anything else.

@maxjerome873 I may not have been clear, we want to ensure it is not using IMAP and is using plain smtp.I could make myself available later this afternoon. Just PM me a time.
