Hello Andreas.   Thanks for the tip on updateing FW. it looks have done the trick. It had FW V1.5.4  (VCI 3)

Could this also be due to driver version issues? There are some driver in the folder for the program I'm running.   Ixxat drivers installed: And the dll files in the folder of the programm are 4.0.436
