same here, I can receive information from AC Cloud but cannot send so if I turn my unit on via the remote control, the app will update to show its on, but I cant turn it off via the app or turn it on.  Sending seems to be an issue atm and they had problems a month or so back as well.  Very unreliable lately!

Yeah I logged a ticket and after a few days of silence they said:

"We detected an anomaly affecting the cloud connection, which has now been resolved. The service is currently stable and fully operational. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused."

A few hours later, the entire system went offline again (flashing red leds on all units).  Now it's no longer fully offline, but back to the same issue as before.  Conncted to cloud but can't receieve any commands from cloud app, exactly as you've stated.

It's always been pretty unreliable but feels like now they've just given up completely.  I get the feeling since it's not a subscription service there is no incentive for them to actually maintain a reliable service.  I wouldn't be surprised if it's been left to run on some old mate's desktop, sitting under a desk in the corner of the office.  Maybe they fired the guy that used to walk over to it a gave it a kick once every few months just to keep it going.

Hey Matt, no the issue seems to have been resolved since they pushed out an update to AC Cloud a couple of days ago.

Bugger mine is playing up big time. I have put a ticket in. Same issue as above. It will show the state in the app if I turn the unit on and off at the main control but I can do anything in the app

I gave up and setup Home Assistant instead.  It's pretty clear to me that this service is not a priority and is unlikely to ever be reliable again without some major changes.

I am using home assistant. But I could not find a way to get local control with my unit. So I am using intesishome-mqtt hack. I would love to be local. But the interfaces I have don’t allow it

Yeah that sucks in that case. I was thankfully able to get local control working via the Local Intesis HACS addon (can find it on GitHub) but if your controllers don’t support it I guess all you can really do is keep trying to get this company to actually fix their solution, which it does not seem like they are interested in doing unfortunately

Yes unfortunately they changed the unit and got rid of the loophole. Dam shame. I hate that we are at the mercy of the cloud.
