Cosy+ Blacklisted

3 Cosy+ since 2 Days offline.

Support says they are "blacklisted".

Have been working until error the whole time.

What reasen could be, that they were blacklisted?

  Hi Josef,

  The typical reason of a Cosy+ beeing blacklisted is during setup.

  • If It has an old Firmware (21.x)
  • Or the Time settings do not match the actual time.
  • Firewall issues

  During setup the Cosy+ tries to exchange Cerificates, if this is blocked by the bad timesettings, old Firmware or the Firewall and the cosy tries it repeatedly to get the certificate after 50 times it will be blacklisted.

  You can unpower the cosy for 3 hours to get another try after 3 hours of not bothering the server you get another try to try to exchange the certificates.
