    Hi Miran!

     

    Thanks for reaching out to us! urgent request are best done over the Support-Tickets, and i saw Mert answered you there! As he mentioned we do have this site: HMS Cloud server status | Support | HMS Networks to monitor the cloud services, but if there is no mention yet it is always good to open a support ticket so we get a report that there is a problem.
