Share ewon cosy through remote desktop
I am using a 4G ewon cosy to connect my controls laptop to a PLC and HMI. Because of some software conflict and licensing issues, I am using one laptop to connect to the PLC and a different laptop to connect to the HMI. Only the first one is available to me remotely, so I connect to it through my corporate VPN, then through Ecatcher to the PLC. I use remote desktop from the first computer to connect to the one that will communicate with my HMI, but I have to log out of Ecatcher on the first machine and log in on the second to do this. Is it possible to either share the connection from Ecatcher through the remote desktop, or connect both computers to the Ewon at the same time?

A single user can only have one connection at a time but you can make a second user on the account to get around this. Though, in that case, you will still have the concurrent connection limit. You can have an unlimited number of users but only so many can connect at the same time. You can see the limits under the Account tab in Ecatcher. The limits are 1 for Free accounts, 2 for Light, and 5 for Pro unless you paid for extra concurrent users in Ecatcher with a credit card or have a custom Pro contract.
