M2Web not showing KPIs

One of my flexys won't show the KPIs on M2Web or the android app but they are shown on the summary.

I have tried updating firmware and adjusting the Tag settings as per the HMS guide but still no luck.

  Were the KPIs showing in M2Web before? If not, can you make sure "Live data and KPI's" is enabled under Setup -> System -> Main -> Net services -> Data Management?

  I'm not sure if they have ever shown up. but definitely enabled.

  Just to verify, does this device have a good Internet connection, and is it online in Talk2m? For example, are you able to connect to the web interface through M2Web?

  Does the issue persist in different browsers?

  Strangely I've just walked into work this morning and it's displaying just fine.
  
  But to clarify, yes it has a good connection, I was connected remotely at the time, albeit through Ecatcher.
  
  I'll keep an eye on it and update if it persists.

  I have the same problem. The connection is a bit slow. I can connect to the ewon through the web interface no problem. From another post I learned it could have been an issue after a backup was restored, but that is not the case here. Any other suggestions?
