Hi All,

What TCP and UDP ports are used to communicate to the gateway from inside studio 5000 when you click into the IO device to configure it? We have a plc and gateway at a customer site and i need to make sure the correct ports are opened so we can configure the gateway from with Studio 5000.

  Looks like by default we use Modbus TCP port 502

  502 is a typical modbus port. What about the port usages for the Ethernet IP?

  Hello,

  The setup between Studio 5000 and the device should be over port 80.

  The communication with the PLC is over the standard Ethernet/IP port 44818.
