IP CONFIG tool hangs up on splash screen

We have tried multiple PCs and the software opens to the splash screen and hangs forever.
I tried setting Malwarebytes to allow it but nothing helps

  Have you tried running as Admin?

  If you want, you can try running this older version: Anybus ipconfig tool 1_3_1
