Talk2M Pro trial not allowing for VPN connectivity.

Signed up for free trial of Talk2M Pro. When trying to connect to Ewon Cosy, get error stating that "Your Talk2m free account is suspended because no new devices........."

Credits screen shows unused VPN credits but bottom right screen shows VPN and DATA MAILBOX 100% used.

Is there a way to get beyond this to get full function going for tests?
