Ewon flexy with wincc unified basic panel
Hi experts,
I have a siemens CPU1215 and MTP700 unified basic panel connected to an Ewon flexy. I have set up all the LAN connections using Ecatcher 7.0. The ewon flexy itself has got all the default configuration (no port forwarding or anything like that) When I launch the connections from Ecatcher everything works fine. I can see the web server of the plc and I can run the HMI from my internet browser. The problem appears when I go to the Talk2m website and try to connect from there. The PLC web server still works fine but the HMI will not work on my internet browser (I have tried a few) The error showed is "blabla.proxy-eu1.m2web.talk2m.com redirected you too many times."
Any help please ?

Hello Felix,
- Do your Ewon has any special characters? (i.e "é", "á" etc.)
- Are you trying to access through http or htpps connection?
- Have you tried with different web browsers?
If the ewon name has some special characters, please change it with standard english characters and use https connection for HMI. We don't support http connection due to security reasons.
If it will not be solved with these suggestions. I will create a support ticket for you and ask account details.

Where you able to get this working? I am having the same problem.
-No special characters in ewon name.
-Trying to access through https
-Tried edge and chrome

No I never got this working and I believe these HMIs are incompatible with the talk2m website

Try this:
In TIA Portal, go to the runtime settings of the panel, "Remote Access" -> "Smart Server" and switch off "Secure communication via self signed certificate".0
