Need support for Mitsubishi Unit

Hi,

I am Harman working with Convergint. We are trying to integrate to one the Mitsubishi split unit, Model Number : PKA-A30KA4. I am wondering that intesis gateways still support this unit model. We bought intesis gateway model number : IN485UNI001|100 but could able to find which remote we have to select for it, I don't know even this gateway even support this unit. Could you please try to help me out to find out the best solution to integrate to this unit, so, we can control it over BAS.

  In our Compatibility Tool (https://www.intesis.com/support/hvac-compatibility) I only see the KA and KA7, but if it has an IR remote, it might work anyway. 

  

  Try running the auto-learn function.
