Da un paio di giorni che non riesco ha sincronizzare i miei due dispositivi intesis perché non mi trova la rete Wi-Fi,ho provato in tutti i modi fare un reset di fabbrica dei due dispositivi o in altri modi

  The Intesis gateway does not support smart or mesh functions active on your router, could it be this? We had an issue with our server on Monday morning, but it was resolved around 7:30 AM the same day. Since the device is connected to our server, it does not create its own Wi-Fi network, as it is already connected. I recommend checking your web interface at https://accloud.intesis.com/login. It might also be helpful to reinstall the application on your phone.

   @Stefano Hi Stefano, have you checked whether both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network? Sometimes restarting the router and checking the Wi-Fi settings can help resolve connection issues. It may also be worth checking for firmware updates. Hopefully, you can get everything working again soon!
