Siemens S7-1214C CPU with Anybus X-gateway AB7647-F to connect to DeviceNet MFCs

I have Siemens S7-1214C CPU set up with Anybus X-gateway AB7647-F and EDS file for a DeviceNet MFC. How do I set up PLC to read/write data with MFC?
