HMS tools - GUI not displayed

Hello,

I have installed this HMS tools:

Anybus Certificate Generator    

HMS IPconfig - Utility for module TCP/IP configuration

Both installations are completed, but in runtime there is no GUI displayed.

What is missing to show the GUI correctly?

Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks!
