Import Error - Not a valid viewON project

I have a file I am trying to import but I get an error message in viewON saying that it is not a valid project.

  Thanks for reaching out to us! 

  Unfortunately it is not possible to attach Files in the Community Forum. Please open a Support Case and attach the ViewOn Project you have trouble opening.

  You can only open a Project created by ViewOn with the ViewOn Software.

  Once you have opened a Project you can add files such as pictures to your Project.

  If you have trouble doing that part please (in addition to the File and an explanation on what it is) also describe what you are trying to accomplish.
