    Hi Peter, 

    The default username/password should be adm/adm. 

    Are you sure that the Level 2 reset was successful? Did you follow the instructions here: How to Perform a Reset Level 1 and Level 2 on an Ewon Device

    Steps to perform a level 2 reset:

    1. Cosy must be powered OFF and back ON.
    2. Immediately the reset button should be pressed and maintained, it´s located beside the BI1 led, the BI1 led will light up.
    3. After approximately 35 seconds the USR led will stay red, the reset button can now be released.
    4. The reset will begin and last for about 15 seconds, and start on diagnose mode, which can be identified by the USR led blinking red with a pattern of 200ms ON and 1,5 sec OFF. For Cosy+ the USR LED blinks red with the following pattern: 500ms ON, 500ms OFF.
      In case of a different pattern, it means there was a problem with the auto test.
    5. A manual power cycle must be performed; the Cosy will be ready when the USR led blinks green.

    What is the serial number of the device?

    Yes the level 2 reset was successful, but prior to that this unit was new and out of box, never was I able to use "adm/adm". I worked with Austin... check out Ticket number 1469903.  I did a downgrade firmware update to 22.1s4 with the same result, so the we will be requesting an RMA from our supplier, but we still have the unit at this time the serial number is 2503-3375-25 as I had mentioned the original firmware was 22.1s3.

    If you haven't tried it yet, I would recommend the USB drive firmware reflash: How to update the firmware of an Ewon Cosy+ ?

    But if that doesn't work, you will have to return it.
