Status of eWon is 'Offline status notified' and will not allow me to get online
I have been trying to connect to an eWon and the status in the header is given, and I have been unable to connect. I know the status means it's been offline for an extended period of time, so ok? Is there a way to correct this and get the unit back online?

It's hard to say why the device is offline without seeing logs from the device itself. It could just be that it's been powered down, or it could be something like a change to the network it's connected to preventing it from getting online. What kind of Internet connection is the device using?
If it's definitely on and there aren't any network changes you're aware of, most likely you'll need to get local to the device and connect to it from the LAN. Once you do you can log into its web interface and check the event logs under Diagnostic -> Logs -> Event Logs. You can also download a support backup to share the logs with Ewon support. On a Cosy you can do that under Diagnostic -> Support Files, or on a Flexy under Diagnostic -> Files Transfer by clicking "Support files" at the top right.
