  Dear Leng,

  Could you please provide the following information:

  1. Which operating system is being used?

  2.  Does the directory C:\Program Files\IXXAT\VCI 3.5\ exist on your PC?

  3. Are you able to manually delete the directory C:\Program Files\IXXAT\VCI3.5\?

  4. Does the problem also occur when using the current VCI version V4.0.1374.0?

  how to go forward? i don't know where to find VCI3.5, and then i can not install 4.0, and then my computer can not use Ixxat cable
