Activating the relay on loss of network connection
We are having intermittent connection issues with a few of our Netbiters that are connected to 4G routers, we know the issue is being caused by a short drop in the 4G network and we are looking at changing to 5G routers, but as a back-up would like the netbiter to activate the built-in relay when it loses connection to the internet.
Is this something that can be done? or can the netbiter activate a configured address in the template?

You can utilize some predefined scripts if you have a Manage & Analyze subscription. There's one that can copy from one value to another, though I'm not sure if it has the ability to invert the value so you can have internet false make the relay energize.

are there any instructions/guides for using the scripts? I found the options to add them, just don't know how to set them up

I have a ticket open with support and they are looking into it, but currently it seems like it will only work with the 4G enabled Netbiters. It uses the modem status to activate a system alarm, which then triggers the output.

I've just had a good play with the Modem status info but there's nothing that actually confirms contact with the Argos platform. Plenty of data for the mobile connection but not the full route unfortunately.
