Configuration issue of profinet(AB6315-B)

Real Identification (RI) has been configured as per the GSD file, and no configuration mismatch (Cfg_Mismatch_Ind) is reported. However, upon sending the End_Of_Prm_Ind (17h) response, the status register transitions from ‘Wait for Process Data’ to ‘Error’. I’m currently unable to determine the cause of this behavior. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to help debug and resolve this issue
