Flexy 205 not functioning after firmware upgrade
We have a Flexy that was upgraded to firmware 15.x then attempted to downgrade to firmware 14.9.x. It appears something didn't complete in the process, or attempting to downgrade renders the device inoperable.
Current, when powered up, all the lights illuminate briefly, then the light on port 2 turns on and then goes off, followed shortly by the USR light flashing quickly. A few seconds later the DO light comes on steady and the USR flashes slower. The device remains in this state following the initial power up.
None of the ethernet ports seem operable. eBuddy does not recognize the device.
Stage 1 and 2 resets were attempted with no apparent success.

PS In Windows Network Connections the connection appears unplugged. Testing with a second Flexy has proved the cable and connected are OK.

if that doesn't help open a Support Case stating that you did that > will likely result in an RMA then.

Thank you for the suggestions. I have followed through and the issue remains, so I submitted a support ticket.
