Forgot Username and Password

I forget user name and password for my Ewan. How I can reset to factory usine?

You can perform a level 1 reset to reset only the username and password back to the default (adm / adm).
Page 23 of the Cosy 131 manual reviews the level 1 reset process.

How do I generate a first level reset?
"¢ Power the unit OFF and ON again
"¢ Immediately press and maintain the reset button. The LED labeled BI1 turns ON.
"¢ Wait approximately 30 seconds until the USR LED flashes RED 1x per second.
"¢ Immediately release the button (if you don't, you would reach the second level reset
phase). The LED labeled BI1 turns OFF.
"¢ Wait approximately 30 secs until the reset procedure is completed.
"¢ The eWON restarts automatically and the unit is ready to be used, the USR LED flashes
GREEN slowly.NOTE:
It's important that you release the reset button while the USR LED flashes red otherwise you will perform a complete factory reset (Level 2 reset)0 -
I faced a similar issue once when I forgot the login details of my website where I post retirement shayari. What helped was using the password reset option and checking the registered email for the recovery link. After resetting the credentials, I was able to access the account again without any problem.
If you still have access to the recovery email, the reset process usually solves it quickly.
