Hey Matt, no the issue seems to have been resolved since they pushed out an update to AC Cloud a couple of days ago.

same here, I can receive information from AC Cloud but cannot send so if I turn my unit on via the remote control, the app will update to show its on, but I cant turn it off via the app or turn it ...
